terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the user's use of our website ‘www.storemynumbers.com’
(“the Website”) and your relationship with Policy Administration Services
Limited (Company Registration No. 3907386), which is part of the Phones 4u
Group of companies and whose registered office is at Phones 4u House, Ore
Close, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 9QD. Please read them carefully
as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree
to these Terms, please do not access or use the Website. If you have any

A. USE OF THE WEBSITE

6. Payment and Cancellation
After registration for the storemynumbers service, you have a period of 14 days
in which to tell us that you wish to cancel your subscription and you will
receive a full refund of sums paid and no administration fee is payable. If you
wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at smn.enquiries@policyadmin.co.uk
within 14 days of your registration for the storemynumbers service in order to
arrange for the cancellation and your refund.
If you pay for the storemynumbers service on a monthly basis, you can contact
us at any time to cancel your subscription to the storemynumbers service. Your
access to the storemynumbers service will be terminated immediately upon the
cancellation of your subscription, but any sums paid by you in advance for the
month in which your subscription is terminated will not be refunded to you and
will instead be retained by us to pay for the administration costs in
cancelling your subscription.
If you pay for the storemynumbers service on a monthly basis, access is subject
to us continuing to receive your monthly payment which is payable by direct
debit or credit card. If we do not receive your payment, we will cancel your
access to this service. We will try to collect payment twice before we will
cancel your access to this service.
Cancellation of your subscription (whether by you or by us) will prevent you
from synchronising your phone or accessing your records through the Internet.
After cancellation, your data will be held for a period of at least 30 days.
After this time, the data will be deleted and will not be retrievable. If you
reactivate your access to this service within 30 days of cancellation you will
be able to continue to use the service as you did before the cancellation. If
you wish to reinstate the service after cancellation please contact us at smn.enquiries@policyadmin.co.uk
You are responsible for meeting any additional costs or charges associated with
this service which include charges for accessing the Internet and mobile data
transfer (GPRS) charges.
7. Technical/system requirements
To use storemynumbers fully, you will require:

A SyncML-enabled mobile device (any of v1.0 - 1.2)
It is an industry standard, and the SyncML application needed to use this
service is typically built in from factory in most GSM, UMTS and CDMA mobile
devices from manufacturers such as Nokia, Motorola, LG, Sony Ericsson and
Siemens/BenQ. You may need further software if you wish to use Smartphones and
PDA’s, especially Microsoft OS-based. Please refer to the FAQ section of the
Website.
We recommend that you always use a modern and updated web browser, for your
security. The browser should support XHTML, CSS, and Javascript, and needs to
have cookies and Javascript enabled to work.
To synchronise your phone, it must be able to connect to the Internet (GPRS).
This is the same requirement as for using WAP, so if you can visit a WAP page,
you are probably already provisioned correctly. To visit storemynumbers from a
PC, you also need Internet connectivity and a firewall that allows HTTP and
HTTPS traffic.
You are responsible for ensuring that your computer, software and other
equipment meet the above requirements.
B. GENERAL
8. Intellectual Property
The content of the Website is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and
other intellectual property rights whether registered or unregistered. You
acknowledge that the ownership of the material and content displayed on the
whole or on part of the Website and the intellectual property rights in such
material and content shall remain with us or our licensors absolutely. You may
retrieve and display the content of the Website on a computer screen, store
such content in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage
device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own,
internal business purposes, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and

reputable and of high quality, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not
the case. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the

You should be aware that if the Police or any other regulatory authority
investigating suspected illegal activities requests us to provide your personal

unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to have been deleted from
these Terms and shall not affect the validity and/or enforceability of any

be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision

All third party rights are excluded and no third party shall have any right to
enforce these Terms. This shall not apply to members of our group who shall,
from time to time and subject to our consent, have the right to enforce these
Terms as if they were us. Any rights of a third party to enforce these Terms
may be varied and/or extinguished by agreement between the parties to these
Terms without the consent of any such third party.
14. Law and Jurisdiction
The Website is controlled and operated in the United Kingdom. The Terms will be
governed by the Laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree to submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
